| Most of our
herbal extracts are made by Eclectic Institute. Eclectic's commitment to
the environment led them to develop Organol, the only certified organic
grape alcohol used in botanical liquid extracts. Organol allows Eclectic
Institute to lead the industry in 100% certified organic extracts. Why
insist upon using a certified organic grape alcohol instead of the usual
grain alcohol? Alcohol distilled from grain may have been sprayed with
millions of pounds of pesticides and herbicides. Pesticides and herbicides
poison our ground waters, poison our birds, our children and poison
ourselves. Grain alcohol may be more readily available, it may be less
expensive to use, but from the environment's viewpoint grain alcohol is
prohibitively expensive. It is also not an option for people with Celiac
Disease or for those who are Gluten-Intolerant. Eclectic's Organic Herbal
Extracts are gluten-free.
Eclectic Institute has also
developed a top of the line flavored glycerin "Alcohol
Free" herbal extract.
Eclectic Institute uses its
Lloyd Extractor, a cold-still processor for removing the alcohol from the
extract, then they replace the alcohol with glycerin. The addition of
essential oils produces a pleasant tasting and perfect alternative to
alcohol based extracts. Eclectic Institute grows its own herbs on its own

Care extract line. Deatherage is a small manufacturer that has high
quality control and make top of the line herbal extracts that are very
potent and very reasonable. Deatherage Extracts are made of pure grain
alcohol, reverse osmosis water and quality herbs and have the
advantage of being available in large sizes for additional savings.
We have seen some some very serious conditions helped by these potent
herbal extracts. The Goldenseal/Echinacea blend is not to be compared.
We carry and sell both these herbal
extracts. Sometimes if we are out of one brand we substitute the other. On
