Dairy free unless noted. As you may notice we have quite a range in our
calciums. The Herbal Calcium Formula is a combination of herbs rich in
calcium. The Calcium Magnesium is a soft gel a lot of people like &
find effective. Even though we normally wouldn't not recommend the Oyster
Shell form of calcium, some people find the Cal-Quick to work very well
for them. If we were to rate our calcium scientifically, the Complete Cal/Mag
wD3 & the Calcium Complex would be at the top of the list. Remember,
calcium needs magnesium to properly absorb. The American diet tends to be
higher in calcium than magnesium, especially if you eat dairy products. It
may be that you are not absorbing the calcium you are getting. That is why
we encourage taking magnesium as well as calcium.
